The Stay and Play Discovery Package includes:
- Two complimentary rounds of golf (18 holes at Tara and Monticello) with a golf cart. No club rentals at courses. Please request golf clubs when booking package.
- 3-day pass to the Recreation Center (includes classes, swimming pools, fitness center, tennis, and pickleball). Additional days the Member $5.35 daily rate may apply.
- Customized tour of the community, resale homes, and custom-built model homes.
- Community and area information packet.
