Summer is winding down here in Savannah Lakes Village. We are beginning to see the in-between, sensing a little hush throughout the area. With school back in session and family vacations coming to an end, everyone is leaning into the schedules and routines they fought so hard to avoid all summer. We notice the lake is a bit quieter and the wait time for our favorite table at the local restaurants is shorter. Saying goodbye to summer is never easy but the anticipation of fall brings a newfound excitement, knowing we will soon be enjoying cooler temps and beautiful autumn colors. Of course, we'll also be enjoying football season! Meeting up with friends to cheer on our favorite team. As we notice the effects of the changing seasons, we're also aware of changing opportunities in our housing market. Currently, in Savannah Lakes Village, there are several affordable and move-in-ready homes. If you've been considering a trip to our area to look around, now might be a perfect time.
