Small Town Service with Big City Results!
After visiting Savannah Lakes Village several times over the years, Cara Verrell and her husband Russ decided to move away from the cold winters in Michigan in 2017. Their love of boating, golf, and outdoor activities drew them to Savannah Lakes Village. The wonderful community, small-town charm, natural pace, and beauty of McCormick County are why they stay.
In 2019, Cara and Russ decided to open their RE/MAX franchise downtown to support McCormick, Savannah Lakes Village, and surrounding areas. With Tom Greene, REALTOR®, the RE/MAX Leisurely Living team has doubled and won three regional RE/MAX awards in less than eighteen months! Last month (March 2021), the team purchased and remodeled a new office building, moved without skipping a beat, and helped their clients sell six (6) homes and purchase three (3).
March was also the month that the RE/MAX's Southeastern Region recognized the RE/MAX Leisurely Living with three prestigious awards for outstanding performance in 2020:
- Highest Average Transactions per Agent
- 100% Club, Cara Verrell, Broker/Owner
- Executive Club, Tom Greene, REALTOR®
