Usually, when someone moves to Savannah Lakes Village, they are immediately invited to the Newcomers Luncheon, given tons of information, and shake a hundred or more hands within the first few weeks they are here! Since the early spring of 2020, large gatherings are on hold due to the pandemic. Our new neighbors have not had the pleasure of attending the "normal" social events that connect the community: annual gatherings like the summer pool party at the Rec Center, the oyster roast at Dorn Mill Complex, and monthly events hosted by the Events Committee. Until our social calendars are full again with all that Savannah Lakes Village has to offer, here's some photos from previous years of a few of our favorite parties:
